How do I earn points?
You can earn points by creating an account, shopping at vivifie.com, following us on social media, commenting on your purchases, and more!
To earn points for shopping, make sure to use the same email address linked to your account at checkout.
How do I use my points?
Points can be redeemed for coupons. You can convert your points into discount codes by logging in to the VIP widget at the bottom right of the Tantaly website or at the checkout page. You can then use these discount codes during checkout.
Do points and rewards expire?
The points and rewards redeemed with points are valid for 6 months.
If I cancel an order after earning points, will those points be deducted?
If you cancel an order, the points earned from that order will be deducted from your account.
Why didn't I receive entry bonus points?
We introduced the VIP level system on July 1, 2024, and no entry bonus are issued at that time. After that date, when your VIP level is upgraded, you will receive a entry bonus points.
Why didn't I receive points for my purchase?
